Medicines have and will always be only one part of a complete wellness or weight loss plan. We provide more than just prescriptions in the way of educational materials and ordering monitoring lab tests as needed.
Insurance & Cost Questions
Your visit with the provider is the same cash price, no matter if it is for primary care or weight loss concerns. During your visit (if you have it) your insurance prescription plan will be discussed and if insurance may cover part or all of medicines vs what a cash pay price is direct from the manufacturer. Any additional testing may be able to be billed to your insurance also but will be discussed before being ordered.
Our Telehealth Services
Initial Visit
If you have medical or mental health symptom(s) book an initial visit appointment. This can be used to establish care with me as your primary care provider; or to focus more on specific areas of your health you want to work on.
For example, weight loss/nutrition goals, migraines, insomnia, anxiety, depression, stomach problems (like IBS or GERD), or any sexual, hormonal, nutritional, or age related concerns.
You will receive intake forms that will allow you to thoroughly detail your symptoms before our first visit.
We can then work together toward your health and wellness goals.

Initial ADHD evaluation visit
If you are questioning a diagnosis of Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder you received when younger, or perhaps have always thought you may have this disorder but were never officially diagnosed then this is the appointment for you to schedule.
The first 20 to 30 minutes of this visit are for you to complete testing to evaluate your ADHD symptoms. The remainder of the visit is used to review the results of the testing, discuss the symptoms you experience and your history, diagnosis, and a plan of treatment.
Note: The cost includes the administration and interpretation of the QbCheck ADHD assessment.

15 Minute Follow-Up
If you need a 15 minute follow-up visit to review current treatments and symptoms, this is for you.
If you have not established care with us or previously spoken to our office and book this as your initial visit, you will be contacted and likely rescheduled for a one-hour initial visit.

30 minute follow-up
If you need a 30 minute follow-up visit this is for you.
If you have not established care with us or previously spoken to our office and book this as your initial visit, you will be contacted and likely rescheduled for a one-hour initial visit.
30 mins|$110
One hour follow-up
A one-hour follow-up visit to discuss in-depth medication changes, behavioral modifications, adaptive techniques that are being implemented, or any concerns or questions that arise and may need a longer appointment time.

ADHD Testing for established patients
For established patients who may be questioning a diagnosis of Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) you previously received, or have thought you may have this but were never officially diagnosed then this is the appointment for you to schedule. You will spend approximately 30 minutes completing an assessment and 30 minutes discussing symptoms, results and treatment possibilities with me.
ADHD testing is a process using different ways of examining your symptoms and how they affect you to diagnose ADHD or a different issue that may be causing your symptoms.
